During your appointment

• You will be greeted by Roxy at our front desk

• Fill out a short health history and provide your insurance and ID information

• You will meet Dr. Sam and/or Dr. Marianne and they will review your treatment options and recommendations with you

After your appointment

• Roxy will review the doctor’s findings

• Roxy will discuss your insurance benefits and our reasonable payment plan options

• Should you want to get started, we will send for records and either get you started with braces or your aligner treatment
